Trainings

I offer trainings covering important topics when being active in the global semiconductor supply chain. My trainings teach basic theories, have a pragmatic approach and include daily life examples. The participants are actively engaged and a discussion is encouraged.

Quality Management

General Overview, Product Qualifications with reference to JEDEC/AEC, Quality management system of ISO9001/IATF16949, Requirement Management related to CSR and Special Characteristics (SC).

Semiconductor Technology

Overview of the wafer fab process with the formation of transistors and metallization levels for different nodes. Introduction to the production flow from wafer level to module.

Failure Analysis

Problem Solving Methodologies in combination with Failure Analysis trees and advanced techniques. Existing methods and tools are applied for state of the art examples. It targets fails in semconductor devices and packages for advanced nodes.

Consumer to Automotive

The emerging of EV drives an intense chip demand in high volume which are not designed for automotive use. This seminar explains the differences between Consumer and Automotive requirements and introduces a methodlogy to close the gap.

Yield Enhancement Methodology

Yield enhancement over supply chains for cost reduction, yield roadmaps, identification of major contributors, pareto analysis, verification of improvements, yield monitoring and cultural aspects.

These trainings focus on quality management approaches for reducing risk and strengthen the system.
